Came in to have a checkup. Neave was fantastic and very thorough with my assessment. Hearing aids now working well. Would certainly recommend.

I took my son as he was having hearing issues. I asked if he should have his ears cleaned first to help identify if there is a hearing issue and not just wax affecting his hearing. At the start of the appointment she commented oh his ears are really full of wax, I asked if we should come back once his ears are clean. 2 tests and she determined his hearing to be fine. Super fast, didn’t feel very comprehensive. Faster than the free ones offered at the mall. Long story short, next week he was still complaining of hearing issue... read more

I've had a few kids go through Hearing Australia and while the staff themselves are lovely I do have a few gripes. I've had kids who have Eustachian tube dysfunction and their testing through HA doesn't reflect that (and it should even without current ostitis media) I also realise that hearing can fluctuate quite significantly with kids who need grommets but not sure how it can fluctuate quite significantly when testing and appointments with specialists are within days of each other, and there is clear evidence of significan... read more

My recent appointment was on time with the clinician requested. Our discussion was friendly, to the point and the suggested adjustments were carried out. The entire appointment was a good experience, once again.
