I feel welcomed on arrival, the clinician is supportive and knowledgeable as are all staff, reports are available, I am seen to the foyer in a pleasant manner as I leave.
Staff and management are polite, friendly and efficient; audiologist is communicative, respectful and keen to give great advice. I have had no problems at all with this excellent service for some years now, and recommend it very highly.
