Tried to ring the office to speak to someone - could not get anyone to answer the phone, they keep telling you to go online - WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER !!!
Address finding it ridiculous. Sub standard office. No privacy. Ignorant service providers. No manners. Long time to receive ear piece. Never the same person. Not a stable company !!!!
The company as a whole has poor customer service, and often the staff are rude to elderly clients. The directions on google is not the location and causes people to be late for their appointment and miss out.
