Warmly welcomed by the folks in reception I only waited for 2-3 minutes and was called into the testing room by Michaela the audiologist. A very pleasant experience as Michaela was cheerful and very attentive. Very thorough and professional and answered all my questions and made some suggestions that may help my hearing in future. Excellent service! Thank you Michaela.
Audiologist was competent and friendly. Upgraded software in hearing aids does seem to perform better.
