I originally dealt with Jemma, who was very nice, friendly & not pushy, like some other places are. Took my elderly parent in to get a hearing test. They were really nice & very helpful to deal with. And the fact they weren't pushy when they gave us the option was a huge plus in my books.
Such a lovely team of people, we are regulars here at modbury and are always welcomed with a smile. Kira looks after us. She is brilliant at what she does, very friendly and has helped our daughter so much.
