I’m interested in hearing from anyone who has had trouble with the new brand of aides Hearing Australia is now using. I’m having trouble with: The fit. They are causing pain both behind my ears and in my canal. They get caught up in my curly hair and come right out of my ears. The way they work: They continually turn themselves off and you have to work out if they are just not good in situations you’re currently in or they have turned off. Disappointed ☹️ if you need assistance there's NO one to help during Christmas break, so if there were a emergency hearing assessable would be of great help, understand that people need to have holidays but also people need to hear 🙉 and the app for booking a appointment is absolutely useless .
Obviously this company is only about selling hearing aids and not about helping hearing. Reception always helpful, obliging and professional and do best to help with ongoing issues. It would be appreciated if the company policy and it's "professional" staff lived up to the standard of front of house. In
