They are causing pain both behind my ears and in my canal. They get caught up in my curly hair and come right out of my ears. Disappointed ☹️ if you need assistance there's NO one to help during Christmas break, so if there were a emergency hearing assessable would be of great help, understand that people need to have holidays but also people need to hear 🙉 and the app for booking a appointment is absolutely useless .
