The clinician was wonderful. Very caring, explained everything so I could understand it. Didn't try and push me into selecting the highest cost hearing aid and just gave me her recommendation.
I found the staff really helpful and nice. The hearing aids I purchased have made a big difference to my life.
Vikki the technician at Lake haven was very through with her explanations before and after my test. Vikki put me at ease as soon as I sat down and was easy to understand with what would happen and the outcome. The test was easy, comfortable and over in no time. Vikki then explained the type of earing aid that would be good for me and my lifestyle, music is in my life.
