Team is always so friendly and polite. Great service
The service is given 110%, knowledge, technical assistance with the apps, and friendliness made what could have been a scary experience a very relaxed one. I haven't had any problems but I know they are there to help. Also, the women in reception are business-like but respond to your own sense of humour. They are like a family. A good source of laughter, staff are often too restricted but rules. Wonderful atmosphere.
Almost 4 years now I've been with Hearing Australia and they've always been absolutely fabulous in the care and attention they have given me at Hervey Bay. Thank you.
