I Found the 1st automated notification of appt , not acceptable as In my case I did not answer call . I tried x2 to call back on that number to press 2 to confirm appt .1/2 waiting . However the 2nd Notification via SMS was accessible to respond and confirm by allocating Y . Automation does not allow for Comprehensive Communication .
