Very prompt appointment and a thoroughly professional experience. Jane was able to put me at ease and discuss my concerns in a friendly and positive manner. The test results were clearly explained, as were the options for various types of hearing aids. A trial use during the session showed that a hearing aid could improve my high frequency hearing noticeably. Overall I was very impressed and completely satisfied with how I was treated.
