We were pasing through from interstate and the staff & especially Oliver couldn't have been more polite or accommodating to help us
Caring and helpful staff who are always willing to help.
Staff are friendly and helpful however on my way to the appointment I was called 3 mins before it to be told it was cancelled due to staff illness. This would be fine usually but I drove a considerable distance for the appointment and had booked it in a month prior, needing the results urgently for the next day.
A very caring place with knowledgeable staff who are very patient in explaining everything.
The receptionists and audiologists have always been efficient, friendly and helpful. Audiologists were willing to repeat information which they had already given me and I had forgotten. They told me about options I had for hearing aids without any pressure to buy them.
