Very professional, good advice
Service was excellent, from front desk to audiologist, both knowledgable and helpful. Just had a follow up visit and still very happy with the service and advice given.
Excellent work on time
I had a very disappointing experience at Hearing Australia Deakin with my 4-year-old son. The technician was kind enough in parts of the appointment, but the overall interaction left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. During his hearing assessment, she repeatedly told him things like, “You’re not being honest,” and became visibly frustrated with him.
