Can't praise and thank them enough for helping me with mums hearing. Mum recently passed, but she had dementia and thought that she was the biggest comedian whenever she went for her hearing appointments and the staff we always so patient and loving towards her.
I rang to ask about their services. I could hardly hear the person (Chelsea). I kept asking her to speak up, but she seemed unable to. I said goodbye, hung up. She rang back, said “Can you hear me now?” And no, I couldn’t. You need to employ people who can speak clearly, raise their volume. I told her I had a really bad impression of the company, and hung up. Disappointed.
I recently had my hearing tested by Kristen at the Deakin clinic. I have been extremely happy with Hearing Australia since I got my first hearing aid 10 years ago. Initially I bought the middle range hearing aid and last year upgraded to the top brand. Kristen gave me incredible service testing my hearing, fixing the settings on the aid and then assisting me to put the app on my phone so that I could manage it that way rather than fiddling with the aid.
