Sarah was lovely very understanding and great at explaining what’s happening
They want you too pay for batteries and filters than after you pay tell you that the hearing filters is sum-thing they don’t carry and have to order But can’t tell you when or if the filter come in They can’t be bothered to do the job they just want the money
Receptionist and doctor were both incredibly nice and understanding. Fit me in last minute for ear wax removal and got everything out first go
Where do I start. Perhaps with three attempts to ring for an appointment all of which went unanswered. The last one I even left my details for a callback but no callback. I then drove in to make an appointment which was for 2pm. Turning up before time I was then told my appointment was at 2.40pm, not 2pm. I tried to explain that my appointment was at 2, not 2.40 but was obviously not believed because I was asked if I would wait for the 2.40pm appt, which I declined.
