The crew at the Broadmeadows office have looked after my father Vincent for as long as I can remember. Dad was not an ideal patient at times as he had dementia. In saying that I will point out how beautiful and caring everyone there was to dad. Their patience and care for him was above and beyond what any one could ask for. I have so much thanks to them all and yes his favourite "young lady "was Maya. Dad has passed on now and again I thank you ll for the care you had given him.

Such a smooth operating management .. from phone booking to receptionist to the Audiologist 100 percent service .. love your service level. Really here to serve well done !!🫶
Worst to be bad customer service i had no reminder of my appointment didint where it was placed as in the shopping Center!!! I have been running around headless the mon i call them they have told me im too late they have 30min and thay can not help Me this is absolutely disappointing service. My son has a mass hearing issue plus making him walk all this time for 20min and not getting excepted!!!!! I would not recommend this place at all
