The receptionist, & technician Bronwyn are very helpful & kind... BUT let down by the management. My pensioner son had the cash ready to pay for his visit, but it was only then we were told it was card only. Not good! I couldn't pay by card as we were broke & stressed out from an ill pet & a sudden large vet bill. Nobody in the room had the card capacity to play swaps for the cash - they would have had they not been broke too.
