Very friendly and helpful staff , this is the first time I’ve had hearing aids and the second place I’ve been to I should have gone to them first .But when I had issues with my hearing aids that was a different story 😠

First time having my hearing checked at Hearing Australia. Lizzie was very easy going, compassionate and professional. She was also very knowledgeable in regards to ear treatments as I've had ongoing ear infections and blockages. She explained all the tests in an easy to understand way and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. And it didn't take very long at all to finish the assessment. I would definitely recommend them.
