Impossible to get a call to them and waste of time asking for information. You can expect a 'I will follow-up on that and get back to you' answer which i have discovered never happens.. 1 star is being generous with regards to customer service.
I had an appointment with Hearing Australia Atherton the other day and I was very surprised that I did not have to wait at all. The receptionist was very nice and so was the clinician. After the test I received a brochure with different kind of hearing aids (and prices) and the clinician explained to me that I was not ready for any of them yet which was very good. I can recommend Hearing Australia Atherton any time.
In the 12 years we lived in the Atherton area, we found the Atherton Team tone very special people. Their care, willingness to help, good humour and professionalism were exceptional. Love them all very much!
