Friendly staff, appointment on time, results of test clearly explained and just a happy experience. Repaired hearing aids fitted and adjusted well by by friendly staff. Happy with the repaired aids. Robert
Told me everything I needed to know,,excellent service and lovely people..
The staff and audiologists are excellent, very understanding, very helpful and I am now very satisfied with my new hearing aids. It does concern me however that this year there seems to be a problem with the availability of audiologists as I've noticed booking times not being available within a normally acceptable time, apparently due to a shortage of qualified personnel. It used to be great to be able to see the same audiologist each visit as is ideal for many reasons, but now it seems to be pot luck. Hence the score of 4 s... read more
