Recently while visiting Toowoomba I accidentally wet my hearing aids. I took them to the Toowoomba office and the service I received was excellent and I was extremely grateful. The staff treated me with respect, kindness and empathy. The service done with a level of excellence. My aides worked so much better that I ended up being pleased with my clumsiness. Thank you so much.
Terrible terrible attitude from Gavin, not only was he awful to my 19 year old son, but to me when i rung to question , and then he hung up on me. Never in 20 years have we had a problem with australian hearing but since coming to Toowoomba , this has been the first. Definitely need training in how to treat their clients if they are be calling themselves a manager , and this will be taken further to complaints. Very disappointing for a service we always never had a problem with. Totally Umprofessional Gavin
