Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I paid over $6k for my hearing aids that were totally inferior to my previous ones that were far cheaper. I returned them immediately for a full refund which was promised. However they conveniently are unable to contact their accounts department or to let me have the contact number. They eventually offered me the brand hearing aids I wanted but guess what!!!! They were twice the price than through an independent company. STAY AWAY!!! My next step is to the Ombudsman.
