Customer service is absolutely terrible. Recently tried to book an appointment for my elderly mum. Could not speak to anyone (as they are 'changing their system') but was told to leave a message. Eventually received a text saying that someone would contact me, but nobody ever did. We are now seeing another more reliable hearing provider.
My husband and I went to Hearing Australia Karrinyup last week. Very friendly staff and great service. Thank you.
