seem busy but organised charged me after they didnt say and also i need my report told it would be emailed to me the audiologist was professional but the service needs improvement especially if i pay for a report i want my doctor correct practice to be sent too ive paid for that report an need it.
Very friendly, professional staff from reception to testing and fitting of my new aids. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone contemplating hearing aids.
I got a free test on a Hearing Australia bus. I have Autism, and I suspect that I have had a speech processing disorder for several years. The test showed perfectly normal hearing, and I explained my suspicions to the staff, who told me I should get an appointment at Hearing Australia in Belmont. The appointment cost $100, and was meant to be 30 minutes, but it was more like 5 minutes of testing my hearing, and another 5 minutes of me explaining my issues to the specialist.
