Very kind very caring very patient very encouraging and I was calling to cancel thinking I couldn’t afford it and I didn’t know how much the Medicare would pay and when I called the doctor said hold on let me run your insurance and see and how often does the doctor answer the phone if she hadn’t done that I would’ve canceled and never had these great great hearing aids
