This appointment was a follow-up to address why hearing aids purchased almost a year ago from another place were not working properly. The Audiologist did a good job in listening to my concerns. She asked questions to understand the issue and took action appropriately. I did not feel rushed and she made adjustments. This is the second set of hearing aids I've purchased thru Hearing AuD. Dr Charie did my hearing test, which was done professionally and made a recommendation on the most suitable hearing aids for my situation. When picking up my new hearing aids, Jeff an audiologist that set my hearing aids up for not only hearing capabilities, but also spent ALOT OF TIME on the tinnitus masking settings and explanation on how to utilize the masking capabilities that my hearing aids are equipped with to help relieve the stress and confusion... read more
