RecommendedWhen I walk in the office I am Greeted and Acknowledged with Professionalism and Taken care of in a Friendly Manner that gives Comfort to my visit. Dr. Saenz Treats me with respect and her knowledge is again, Comforting. Her assistant comes in and goes over everything Thourghly so when I walk out if that door I feel confident. I will recommend Hearing Associates to any of my friends in need.
Well run office, staff kept me informed and the Doctor was very informative and answered all my question. When I was done there with the tests I am ready to go back for the next step.

Took my 88 year old Dad who is in advance stages of Parkinson’s. I cannot say enough about the great customer service and care from everyone in this office. Dr Steffan did a great job of explaining and working with my Dad. I highly recommend!!!

They really listens to what you have to say in regards to hearing aids. New to hearing aid. When I got mine after the trial period. I didn’t like them very much, it was still hard to hear. The staff at Hearing Associates in Parker kept working with me until I liked the results. Great service!
