This is a review for the office staff. The doctors I have seen here have been very kind and helpful. I drove all the way from Suffolk county and had to have my dad take off work to drive me because I suffer from vestibular migraines and have been trying to get help. I got a text to confirm the appointment the day before my scheduled appointment and it was confirmed. The doctors and back office staff are amazing! As for the front desk (Samantha and the other lady) are rude and obnoxious! They seem like they don’t want to work or they just don’t belong in a facility that is meant to help patients out
Luv this place all the Dr's have Beautiful bedside manner an they listen to you. I have referred this group all age groups to them. An everyone is happy. The staff is excellent as well. From the front staff to the staff in the back no complaints here .
If i could give a negative star 🌟 I would. Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful staff. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. . Poor service . Rude staff .unfriendly
Less than a week after giving birth, the receptionist Terry made my wife cry she was so rude. This is a stressful time and Terrys job is supposed to be customer service but she was just awful. It doesn’t hurt to just be a decent human being. After all of the negative reviews saying the same thing I don’t get why Northwell hasn’t made some changes. It’s time to do just that.
