I have an unusual situation and they have tried many options to help me get the most improvement in my hearing. All of the staff have always be very helpful, cooperative and courteous. They don't rely on just one brand of equipment and use "real ear measurement" to verify the hearing aids are correctly set.
I always have a great experience with this business. They are very knowledgeable and caring and great to work with.
Very friendly and professional. I am not quite ready to get new devices.
