We took our daughter (age 4) here for a hearing test. Our audiologist was Melissa, who didn't introduce herself to me or my daughter. I had to ask her name and role. During the test, she was lovely with my daughter who was very nervous. However, when my daughter started to cry during a more uncomfortable test, Melissa was visibly annoyed and kept saying she wasn't cooperating and how important the test was. They gave me to 12pm appointment only to go and find out they are closed and they take lunch from 12 to 1pm. Why are you give me an appointment when you are taking lunch, this is just not professional
I just had a frightfully bad experience with the receptionist who seems to take no consideration of requests or polite conversations. She is extremely rude and raises her voice. I would never go to this place at any rate.
Max was so incredibly helpful. He’s the first person I’ve seen about my vertigo that actually is trying to help me.
