My mother with dementia came in numerous times because the hearing aid were painful. She finally gave up, but let them keep her $4000 because they were sweet. It is criminal how they took advantage of her.

I first became aware of Hearing Aids Plus at the Fort Wayne home and garden show. There I was fortunate enough to win the drawing for a free exam with a pair of hearing aids! I am grateful I was able to work with the pleasant staff here so that I could gift a coworker who was in need of some hearing aids! The process was easy and everything worked out great in the end!

The team was very helpful and shared a lot of great information. The hearing aid I received were very helpful with my heating. My wife is also happy I am not asking her to repeat herself. I look forward to working with this team as I continue to learn more about my hearing aids.

I was impressed with the staff and friendliness and professionalism. It was a little frustrating to be almost exclusively shown the better hearing aids than my insurance would substantially cover. HOWEVER, when it became clear that I could buy the same brand of hearing aids in another country (where we work) at a much lower cost, I was over-the-top impressed with their good attitude and continued helpfulness - even knowing I would not be buying hearing aids in their store.

I was struggling with my hearing and it has been an awesome experience getting hearing aids and realizing all I had been missing. Steve and Mariah have been so professional and helpful. They are so helpful in answering my questions. I’m very glad I came yo Hearing Aids Plus and highly recommend them!!
