Amazing customer service on a product under warrant and not purchased there. Within a minute they had it diagnosed. They checked with the Manufacturer and arranged to have a replacement part sent so fixed and picked up in only half a day.

If I could give zero stars, I would….worst experience I’ve ever dealt with a professional, trying to explain the process of getting hearing aids, to someone who has never had them before. We asked basic questions, anyone new to hearing aids, would ask, and he would not explain things in a way we could understand, just kept saying how easy it is to get used to wearing them, then kept going on about adding extras (phone, speakers, other devices etc), talking about situations that had absolutely nothing in common with our lifes... read more
