If I could give zero stars, I would….worst experience I’ve ever dealt with a professional, trying to explain the process of getting hearing aids, to someone who has never had them before. We asked basic questions, anyone new to hearing aids, would ask, and he would not explain things in a way we could understand, just kept saying how easy it is to get used to wearing them, then kept going on about adding extras (phone, speakers, other devices etc), talking about situations that had absolutely nothing in common with our lifes... read more

If you are looking for a place to get get your hearing problem fixed. I highly recommend HEARING AID INC. In Weslaco. The personnel are so kind and understanding. They help you with such willingness. They try every possible way to help you with financial help too. They work with you. I just love it here. Thank you, for your outstanding work.
