I bought my hearing aids about 8 yrs ago and they check and clean them every 6 months. If I have any problem they will get me in very quickly and fix or help me. I had a problem with hard wax in one ear while back and asked them what doctor to see. They looked at it and said he would see if it would come out. He did great and got it out. That is very good service. I will buy from them again for sure.
