I had a hearing test here today and had a wonderful experience. The doctor was extremely kind and made the entire process easy to understand. They walked me through my results, explained what to monitor, and reassured me that I didn’t need hearing aids at this time. I appreciated how informative and patient they were — it made me feel genuinely supported. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone needing hearing care.
I found an ad on the 1440 Digest that recommended revolutionary hearing aids. I followed a link to Hear.com and learned about the Horizon IX aids, made by Siemens. I decided to give these a try and it was recommended that I utilize The Hearing Aid Studio to conduct my audiology and speech tests on order to program my aids. When I got my hearing aids a year or so ago the service was great. I had to get a new phone and called today to try and get help pairing them. The person that answered was rude and condescending toward me when I asked a question. I asked if I could drop by and get help and was told I would have to make an appointment and it would be $45. I called Miracle Ear and they couldn’t have been nicer even though I told them I bought them somewhere else. Called back and was hung up on. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The hearing aid test was Thorough. Dr. Terri explained the whole process from start to finish with no hype or upsell. She laid out all my options and let me pick What was right for me. She took the time to communicate well with my Wife and I. In a short amount of time I had real Hearing Aids. After wasting money on several pairs of bargain store types this was a fantastic alternative.
