Had a problem with my left hearing aid. went in and 10 minutes later everything was good to go.

Great experience! I was in town visiting my elderly mother, when I realized that one of the cones on her hearing aid was torn. On Sunday, I was able to easily schedule a next day appointment on-line. Crystal greeted us promptly and was friendly and professional, as always. Brandon expertly cleaned mom’s hearing aids and replaced both cones quickly, and let us know mom is eligible to replace them when she’s ready. They understand that mom has dementia, and they make the experience very smooth and easy for her. Many thanks!
