For the first time in about 40 yrs I’m using a new hearing specialist for my hearing aids. (Much closer than Memphis). Sam brings expertise to the job because he has a hearing loss himself and wears what he sales. McKenzie brings the “service with a smile” attitude to work everyday to make sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Very poorly done ear molds. I got Access ear molds made for military flight equipment. I had to replace the ones I had made 15 years ago that fit great, sealed up and didn’t hurt so I have a reference of well done ear molds. Here at Columbus it was poorly executed and I got the ear molds back that don’t seal up and they hurt my ears. I don’t usually write reviews but the disappointment compelled me to warn others away from this place. I can’t even use the new ones I have.
