I have been a patient at the Fremont office for several years. The staff is friendly and very accomodating and I always feel welcome when I go there. Al is the best and takes the time to not only help you but teaches you as well. If you want the best, go see Al.
I'm 51 years young and I have been a long time customer for so time. I have always had a warm and professional visit. I would recommend this Jackson location to anyone. They are a very caring group of people. Love the receptionist, Vicki,,, and love my Dr. Fortenberry as well. :)
Recently I took my 95 year old father to the Beltone Center in the MAW building in Jackson MS. We had a great experience with both the office personnel (Debbie and Vicki). Both were very professional in their dealings with my Dad. They were very personable and helpful making the entire visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this Beltone office and the staff. We purchased a hearing aid that has enabled my Dad to hear sermons again and to be able to talk without shouting to all of us. Good job Beltone.
Beltone has been My Family the last 35 years and I am very Humble and Grateful for this Company to give me the ability to be able to hear my children and my husband! very knowledgeable, helps people that were told nothing could be done for their hearing loss. Great products for low prices, he even designs his own products and does in house repairs......no appt needed, will even answer the phone after business hours..... great guy!
Caring people. One of the few places where you can still get great service and exceptional products.
