My first time here and what a wonderful experience. Gina, the office manager is such a wonderful, happy , professional person, because I'm grieving for my son son, she is a welcomed distraction if only for a brief time. And Dr Novall is a wonderful Dr with great humor and awesome disposition. His expertise and medical knowledge is certainly appreciated and respected. This is the best audiologist! I finally found Colleen after searching for an audiologist to make noise cancelling sleep ear plugs for me. Every other place only wanted to sell hearing aides. Colleen is a true professional who listened, was meticulously detailed, and a wonderful human being. She and her admin assistant Sherri operate an exceptional business. No more waking up to hubbys snoring, and great if you travel for work.
It's crazy how one introduction can change so much of your life. I was introduced to Colleen, and team, from an existing Hearing Aid HealthCare customer. I had previously tried another hearing aid provider but never really felt like the devices were making my hearing/life that much better.
