My experience went real well.The Manager was very professional and very polite. I will be back to see them.
The service provided was excellent. The employees are always friendly and are eager to help you.
My father in law has been waiting for a refund from hearing aid express to return money back to blue cross blue shield since February 2026. BCBS has sent 2 letters that they have not received payment. My father in law can't get a new hearing aid until BCBS receives payment. The company won't look into the matter. Their reviews seem positive but that has not been our experience.
