I can't say enough about Miss Jennifer. She is fantastic. She takes such good care of me and has for years. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I highly recommend her if you need hearing aids.
Jennifer is very knowledgeable and gladly explains anything you don’t understand. The whole experience from the front desk to back out the door is very pleasant.
I have been going to Hearing Aids Express for about five years. Jennifer and Kristine are so helpful. Jennifer, is always so cheerful and attentive to my concerns, she explains things in laymen terms so that I understand completely. I am so comfortable with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids.
Very patient and helpful. When I first began using hearing aids I was very frustrated and just the thought of needing them caused me a lot of anxiety. It seemed I just couldn’t get them to work how I thought they should. Jennifer was extremely empathetic and helpful and now after abt 5 months I’m seeing how I just can’t go without them. The style is great as I don’t need batteries. Just recharge each night. Thank goodness Jennifer explains everything and has helped me through this all. Thank you all so much!!!♥️
