This office and staff lacks complete care and empathy. I was hospitalized for 18 days and are currently recovering from a serious ailment that prevents me from attending my appointment which I wasn’t aware of until I received an email from them less than 24 hours before my appointment. Upon calling to reschedule I was informed that I would hand to pay a $75 fee. I tried explaining my hardship but was met with a stone cold lack of empathy.
