Heard Construction does what they say will do when they say they do it and stand by their work. I’m so thankful for all the work they’ve done on our house. They are the ones I recommend to family and friends.
I’m pretty disappointed. Tracy, the project manager, was awesome. Richard, the owner, honestly never acted like our project was important at all. Each meeting was an hour drive for us each way. Prior to our first meeting we sent preliminary plans to them. Richard hadn’t reviewed our plans and just mentioned lake houses are expensive, $450 per square foot.
