Great experience from when we walked in the door and throughout the testing. Friendly, asked questions about specifics of our hearing concerns, explained testing procedures each step of the way and concluded with consultation about our hearing exam. Was our first time to HearCare and we made an appointment for a follow up in a year. Very pleased from setting appointment on phone to going to our appointment today!
Hearing loss is very emotional for me, and Dr. Arianna supported me every step of the way. Four years ago, I tried to wear hearing aids from a different audiologist, but they were an epic fail even after a 75-day fitting trial. Dr. Arianna has me up and working great after only 1 week! I so appreciate her attention to detail. Not only did she listen to me, but she also HEARD me. What a concept for an audiologist! I highly recommend her if you want someone who cares and understands your needs.
Excellent care! Arianna took an extraordinary amount of time to find the right fit for my ears. She was kind, patient and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for an audiologist and needing hearing aids! Very individualized care!
They have been amazing throughout the process of getting my dad's hearing tested, all the way to monitoring his progress now that he has hearing aids. Arianna is so helpful every time we are in the office. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Bastys is outstanding! Very technical in her work but makes it understandable in layman’s terms for the patient. She is very easy to work with!
