Their communication channels are fantastic. I booked my initial ear cleaning via text message which was very convenient. They were very accommodating to my hearing needs and fit me in asap because my ears were plugged with wax. Stacey in the front end welcomed me and Mikhila my audiologist did everything necessary to clear my ears out.
