Went in for an earwax removal earlier today, the front desk was warm and welcoming! Dr James Dalios was also super welcoming and constantly asked if I was okay when he cleaned my ears just to make sure I wasn't experiencing too much discomfort. I highly recommend people to give hear canada a try, since I'll definitely go back for future issues if it were to occur!
I had a great experience with James and Susan very professional. Susan was very kind and welcoming as I filled my waver. She was honest and was only giving me more information about what i wanted to do. James is spectacular and very honest. He didn’t rush he took his time and did his job correctly. I would definitely come back here but I won’t because they did their job good. I’m a new hearing man because of these two. THANK YOU !
