I felt rushed by the doctor who seemed more interested in the hearing test than cleaning my ears. Told me there was no wax but didn’t care to understand why I felt I needed a cleaning. During the hearing test he and his student continued talking throughout the test distracting me from hearing the sounds of the test. I mentioned this however got little acknowledgment.
Do not recommend this clinic. Would not allow me to give zero stars. Second cancellation in as many appointments. This place can’t seem to keep their first appointment of the day. Last week I drove the 40 minutes in to my appointment and as I pull into the parking lot, I get a phone call canceling the appointment because someone called in sick.
