I had an excellent experience getting my new hearing aids. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering hearing aids. I am completely satisfied with the staff, the quality of the hearing aids, and the range of pricing options available.

I felt rushed by the doctor who seemed more interested in the hearing test than cleaning my ears. Told me there was no wax but didn’t care to understand why I felt I needed a cleaning. During the hearing test he and his student continued talking throughout the test distracting me from hearing the sounds of the test. I mentioned this however got little acknowledgment.
