First I would like to say I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 21 I am now 71 years young, never and I mean never have I ever had such an incredible experience. I was seen by Genny Clark and what an amazing lady she is, my hearing is about as bad as it can get without being deaf which I am without my aids, Genny took such wonderful care of me that as I sit here hours later I am still in "awe". Very professional staff! From the ladies on the front desk to my clinician. I was very impressed with Andrew who did my assessment. He was so kind and patient with me. He listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. He is so knowledgeable and experienced in his field. You could tell that I was getting the best advice possible to improve my hearing. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone needing improved hearing!

We had an incredible experience at Hear Canada in Barrie! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Missy and Melissa at the front desk were warm, professional, and extremely helpful with scheduling and paperwork — they made everything so easy.
