My overall experience was 10 out of 5. Andrew handled all the technical matters very professionally and very thoroughly. Missy and Mel on the front desk were excellent to deal with. Thumbs up to all three.
A very welcoming and friendly staff. Isha did the initial testing and then fitting me with hearing aids for the first time. She answered all of my questions, and more. I cannot say enough for the professionalism, and the support this entire staff gave me in what has been a time of change in my life. It became a change that made my life for the better, thanks to Isha, Tanya and the entire staff at Hear Canada. My deepest “Thanks!” to you all.
What a Fabulous group of people in a very well-organized and efficient office!!! Bit of a scary time for both my Mom and I, but we were treated with such compassion And Mom walked out…able to hear again. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks to Everyone!!
Words cannot describe the quality of care this team provides. Right from the reception to the care. They take the patients needs into consideration and truly want what's best for them.
