Professional and friendly service
Chantel was amazing. She took care of my aunt and was very caring and kind. She was able to improve her hearing significantly replacing her old hearing aides with new hearing aides. She was great with follow up. Very professional and was easy for her to understand. 5 stars!++

I brought my mom’s hearing aids in without an appointment. She normally goes somewhere else but they were closed until January 5. Marilyn at Hearing Canada was so wonderful! Mom’s hearing aids were full of wax and needed some TLC. She cleaned them and showed me how to clean them. I brought the hearing aids back to my mom at the long term care home and now she can hear again! She is SO happy! Thank you Marilyn! We need to switch to Hear Canada!
My husband required hearing test after years of diminishing ability to hear and participate in normal conversation. He had an exceptional experience with the team at Hear Canada Simcoe. Kinan Barhoum and assistant were so knowledgeable and professional in their manner, making the complete process easy and enjoyable. The office support staff are friendly and also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this office for all your hearing needs.
