Amazing service, great quality care and overall customer service. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for services regarding hearing loss.
The service was professional, and the staff is friendly. When I mentioned that I previously worked in a noisy environment. They explained to me that I might be eligible for free hearing aids through WSIB . Hear Canada does everything for you and explains the process. What I also like Hear Canada they price match Costco ! Even though I didn’t walk out with a pair of hearing aids do to waiting for WSIB to get back to me. I have already recommended Hear Canada to my brother in Mississauga.
I had a great experience at HearCANADA. Dr. Matthew was extremely professional and attentive throughout the appointment. His attention to detail really stood out, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He also has a very kind and calm demeanor, which made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring.
