HearCANADA One hundred percent professional care; First in the free removal of solid wax from my ear. Then, the thorough audiological test was explained in detail. The next appointment was the adjustment to the level of the sounds for my hearing. Two follow up free appointments for review. Friendly staff makes you comfortable as soon as you enter the office. I recommend HearCANADA, and you will not be dissapointed wth their service.
I have always had great service from the Bramtford location, from the first day I came here. My trouble shooting phone calls are always answered and they make me feel important, even if it is user error that is the problrm lol if they need to make an adjustment, I am booked in right away. I highly recommend Hear Canada.
Customer service starts right at the door. You are welcomed and made to feel comfortable by Jackie. The audiological test was a fantastic experience. All aspects of the test were clearly explained and all questions answered. Today was the follow up exam and it went extremely smooth. Kinan was very professional and easy to follow. He was particularly courteous and helpful. The experience exceeded 5 stars at the Brantford On site. Greg.
I purchased a television streamer for my hearing aids. The knowledge and service of the staff were first rate. The product performed as expected and was easy to setup.
