I had to give some kudos to ZION who works at the Bank street location. He did a follow up call to me, regarding my present hearing aid situation. We ended up have the most informative, helpful and pleasant discussion which I have definitely benefitted from. Above and beyond, when I was not actually a customer yet! Should I need anything hearing aid related, I will be sure to call this location.
Anik was friendly and competent and able to book an appointment quickly for my mom , which I really appreciated. Tayyebeh was very thorough and took her time with my mom. Great service!
Great location! Both the receptionist and the lady working there were kind and exceptional! Its was also very afforable compared to other places that do earwax removal.
I went there for my hearing test. The Audiologist was very competent and thorough. Highly recommended.
