Very thorough, professional hearing assessment. Paxton has a doctoral degree in audiology and is wonderfully current in her field. The receptionist is organized, pleasant and welcoming. I did not have to wait for my appointment. I am very happy to have found this high level of care.
Celyna helped my grandmother get the hearing aids that would work perfectly for her and she loves them so much! It has helped her alot. Would recommend to other people.
I stopped in at the Kennedy St. location (where I had my first experience 2 years ago) hoping to have a quick check of my hearing aid that was acting up. I was greeted by Reyjude who actually remembered helping me when my puppy chewed one up right after I got them! Reyjude informed me that I was also due for a check up and he had time!
