I called 2 days before and easily booked in for a painful ear wax build up issue. The front end staff member was very polite and got me signed in quickly. I then had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mandy who immediately took my pain away! My ear issue as cleared up fast and painlessly. I saw Dagmar today and she solved my issue in under 30 mins after months and trips to Connect Hearing, Cochrane Urgent Care and FOUR visits to my doctor which included 2 rounds of antibiotics and mineral oil drops...what an immense waste of time and energy. Dagmar was professional and patient and with her camera technology was able to diagnose a simple blockage and remove it for me painlessly. So wish I went to see her first.
