I had been in denial that I needed to get my hearing tested, knowing the results would be “you need hearing aids”… I made an appointment at HearBest with Rob Low, my “celebrity hero”, lol. Rob was so professional, so helpful, and knows what he’s talking about, can explain it very thoroughly and was extremely informative. Rob and and Lori both were super helpful, very polite and professional. Rob did an excellent job of explaining hearing loss and the repercussions of not treating it. The professionals are knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. If I ask the same question more than once, they’re patient to explain what I need to know. I’m trusting in their scientific research to help me with tinnitus . I understand that it may take a while to see the resolution of my ringing, but I praise Jesus that their is help at Hear Best.

The people here are awesome. I had an issue with the hearing aids I got last week (my issue). I took them back and Rob worked with me to get me into a different type of hearing aid that met my needs.
