Compliments to the Whitestown staff for being so accommodating. Rob was great, patient and very knowledgeable. Lori was so pleasant and spent quality time with me. I didn’t realize how my hearing has decreased over the years, and now I hear sounds I didn’t know I was missing. Thank you Hear Beat!!!
Was told no one would take my hearing insurance (UHC) and was quoted $10,000 for a pair of hearing aids. Went to Zionsville who does work with my insurance and I'm getting top of the line hearing aids for $800 And now in their reply to this review they are calling me a liar! There is nothing inaccurate in what I said. - The technician said HearBest does not work with United Health Care. - He went on for several minutes telling me that it would be near impossible to find someone that did. - The price I was quoted was like $... read more
Friendly and competent. Great location. Staff is friendly and efficient and audiologist is knowledgeable and thorough.
Cheyenne is great. Very helpful and easy to learn from and helps me with all my hearing needs.
Always a great experience and friendly staff. Getting my appointment quickly and at a time that works for me! I can hear better and am more confident in my day to day life because of it! Over all wonderful experience with HearBest- Zionsville.
