Was greeted on the phone with genuine concern for my hearing needs. 5 STAR A++ credit to Laura’s awesome and polite Communication skills on the phone. When I arrived Laura greeted me with a smile and went over and above filling my Hearing aide needs. Thanks Laura.

I would recommend hearbest in fishers to everyone. I came in with a very old set if hearing aides that couldn't be repaired and was very stressed because I couldn't hear anything. It was very frightening and dr Elizabeth and Whitney were awesome. They were very patient and made me feel that they really cared about helping. I left with a new set of hearing aides and they calmed my fears all in the same day. I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much 💓

Had been suffering with a blockage in my right ear for a week, going through a home kit, over the counter medicine, and an urgent care visit, none of which could solve my problem. At my wits end, I called HearBest to schedule an appointment and they were quick and made it easy for me to get in within a few days. Once there, the staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Teets was happy to explain everything and make me comfortable during the entire experience.
