Rob, the audio technician was fantastic in helping resolve the issues with my Signia hearing aids. I am new to the area and wanted to find a service provider in the Fisher’s area. My devices were not functioning effectively including the CROS unit. Rob was able to connect with my Signia corporate account; provide firmware updates; diagnose the deficiency between the CROS and the main unit; and modify the software settings to enhance my ability to communicate with my wife. The staff was incredibly polite, engaging, and informative. The excellence starts at the front desk, and continues undiminished throughout the visit. Every step of the process was made perfectly clear, and at no time did I feel rushed. Even though I live in Carmel, I will continue to visit the Fishers location because of my fantastic initial experience.
After 25+ years i finally took the leap and got hearing aids. I couldn’t have picked a better place to make the leap. Dr Judy and Dr Elizabeth are the absolute best. They always make me feel like family!
I was a difficult patient mostly in part due to wax impaction of both ears..with their assistance and my home wax removal problem solved.. Now that I have ‘ears’ again I can hear things I haven’t heard in years..turn signals, locusts, crickets, distant conversations, birds, and the best part? Tinnitus is almost non existent! I should have done this a long time ago..just was clueless on what I’ve been missing out of in life.
Just returned from a hearing aid adjustment wherei saw Robert Lower for the first time. I learned more about how to control my hearing aids with the Oticon Companion app than in the two prior visits combined. Great experience.
