The staff was incredibly polite, engaging, and informative. The excellence starts at the front desk, and continues undiminished throughout the visit. Rob, the audio technician was fantastic in helping resolve the issues with my Signia hearing aids. I am new to the area and wanted to find a service provider in the Fisher’s area. My devices were not functioning effectively including the CROS unit. I was a difficult patient mostly in part due to wax impaction of both ears..with their assistance and my home wax removal problem solved.. Now that I have ‘ears’ again I can hear things I haven’t heard in years..turn signals, locusts, crickets, distant conversations, birds, and the best part? Tinnitus is almost non existent! I should have done this a long time ago..just was clueless on what I’ve been missing out of in life.
